Your Out of the Box Fitness membership includes access to CrossFit Specialty Classes in addition to HYROX and Mobility Sessions. 

At Out of the Box Fitness, we make sure that the athletes who choose the CrossFit specialty class perform the same functional movements by using a barbell instead of bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other accessories typically used in our Functional Fitness classes. You can always switch into the CrossFit specialty class level by taking an on-ramp. 

Mobility Sessions with our in-house Kinesiology Trainer. Kinesiology is the study of our body’s mechanics through the lens of our muscles. Find the connection between your muscles, tendons, ligaments, and joints to help you get fit and strong.

HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by one functional workout station, repeated eight times. Hyrox is for all fitness levels!
