Youth Programs
Our CrossFit youth programs are a great way to teach children between the ages of 4 to 14 years old safe body mechanics through supervised exercises. We teach them how to stay healthy, enhance their athletic performance, and avoid injuries. The kids have a blast since we incorporate fitness games and challenges in order to to keep it exciting every time we meet. We understand that your children are still growing which is why we use specific equipment to help them develop safely. We include things such as dodge balls, agility ladders, resistance bands, jump ropes, tumbling mats, climbing ropes, rings, light weights, and more. “Their health and happiness is what drives me.
