Our CrossFit Kids program is a great way to teach children between the ages of 8 to 12 years old safe body mechanics through supervised exercises. This teaches them ways to encourage them to stay healthy, enhance athletic performance, and avoid injuries. CrossFit Kids is a ton of fun since we incorporate fitness games into their workouts to keep it dynamic and new each day. We understand that your children are still growing which is why we use equipment to help them develop while staying safe. Some of these include but are not limited to: dodge balls, agility ladders, pvc pipes, jump ropes, tumbling mats, climbing ropes, rings, 5 lb and less kettlebells and dumbbells. “Their health and happiness is what drives me. Why CrossFitKids Rocks!
The CrossFit Kids program is an excellent way to show kids how fitness can be fun while still being safe. During each class, the children will learn a skill, play a fitness game, and engage in a short cardiovascular workout paired with functional movements. Our certified CrossFit Kids trainers are experts at compiling programs to create receptive behavior from the kids being trained. Amongst all the positive takeaways, your child will gain confidence, learn safety techniques, develop excellent form and posture, learn how to follow instructions, be respectful in a social environment, and, of course, have a blast!
