CrossFit At OOTB
Our CrossFit Memberships are catered to the amount of classes you can attend per week whether it is three times a week or all six days! We all have busy schedules, so it is our hope to accommodate by providing the possibility of signing up for classes in the early mornings before you head to work or school, or in the afternoons before dinner time! “We offer 7 classes per day to meet almost anyone’s scheduling needs.” – Coach Leigh
We make sure to provide each of our athletes as much individual attention as possible to supply them with the necessary tools and coaching to execute all movements with as much effectiveness and safety as possible. Our goal is the same as yours, to provide you with a healthier lifestyle in a safe environment. Our workouts not only change every day, but they challenge you in new and exciting ways so that every body part is targeted.
At first, Crossfit can appear to be a little intimidating, especially if you have not worked out in a while, have an injury, or are brand new to the fitness world. Crossfit LITE is a WOD alternative offered to any athlete who may need a less challenging, but nonetheless well-rounded workout! Not everyone walks into a CrossFit gym ready to pick up heavy weights and go, so this is a great option for beginners and anyone who prefers to not use a barbell particularly. At Out of the Box, we make sure that the athletes who choose the CrossFit LITE version perform the same functional movements by substituting the barbell with bodyweight, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and other accessories. CrossFit LITE is exceptionally great for young athletes and seniors. “It is always our goal to focus on functional fitness to target strength, endurance, balance, flexibility and coordination.” – CoachTonja. Even though you might initially choose the route of CrossFit LITE, you can always switch into the regularly programmed CrossFit workouts; the choice is yours!
