Virtual Training is an up and coming platform for you to train at your own pace, at your most convenient time, from wherever you want while still getting the guidance of our certified CrossFit coaches.

We have three different membership plans to choose from that include various options for you to get a great workout from wherever you choose.

Your workouts will be customized based on what you have available. We understand that training from home comes with its challenges which is why our online offerings provide you with complete training freedom and attentive coaching along the way.

You will have access to an app designed to keep track of your progress and give you access to the tutorial videos for your workouts. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions directly to your coach though the app if you are unsure about anything related to your training.
